In Autumn 2007 Glow-worm launched the Clearly Solar range - an easy to use, high performance solar thermal system that can save you money on the cost of heating water in your home.
Typically solar will provide 50-60% of your annual domestic hot water needs. In the summer this can be as high as 100%, meaning your boiler will never have to fire up and you won't have to use any gas which will make savings on your gas bills.
Solar thermal just needs diffused light to operate, so even when the sun isn't shining you will still be generating energy to heat your domestic hot water.
Clearly Solar systems are made up of a simple 1, 2 or 3 panel solar pack and a twin coil cylinder. This gives you everything you need to create a basic solar hot water system.
